As it would seem, the number 0 (or "zero" to some) corresponds to an previously unheard of phenomenon. For obvious reasons (See CompSci.ca) there are exactly 1896 board members with 0 official posts. Of 4084 forum members, this 0 population represents over 46% of the entire board population. This number has a tendency to grow and shrink. Mostly, it just grows.
